Freelance- ISO Trainer

Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Freelance ISO Trainer to develop and deliver training programs focused on ISO standards and certification processes. The Freelance ISO Trainer will be responsible for designing engaging and effective training materials, conducting interactive training sessions, and providing support to participants seeking ISO certification. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and auditing practices, as well as experience in adult education and training delivery.

 

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

  •         Develop comprehensive training curriculum covering various ISO standards, including but not limited to ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), and ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management).

  •        Create engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, exercises, and simulations, to support learning objectives.

 

Training Delivery:

·        Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars on ISO standards and certification processes for individuals, organizations, and auditing professionals.

·        Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, such as lectures, group discussions, role-plays, mock audits, and practical exercises, to enhance learning outcomes.

 

ISO Implementation Support:

  •         Provide guidance and support to organizations seeking to implement ISO management systems, including assistance with documentation, process mapping, gap analysis, and internal audits.

  •         Offer practical advice and recommendations to help organizations align their practices with ISO requirements and achieve certification.

 

Auditor Training:

·        Conduct training programs for individuals interested in becoming ISO auditors, covering auditing principles, techniques, methodologies, and best practices.

·        Prepare participants for ISO certification exams and provide ongoing support and mentoring to help them build auditing skills and competencies.

 

Regulatory Compliance:

  •         Ensure that training programs comply with relevant ISO standards, accreditation requirements, and industry-specific regulations.

  •         Stay updated on changes in ISO standards, guidelines, and certification procedures, and incorporate new information into training materials and delivery.

 

Assessment and Feedback:

  •         Assess participant learning outcomes through quizzes, assessments, mock audits, and performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

  •         Monitor participant progress and adjust training content and delivery as needed to ensure learning objectives are achieved.

 

Continuous Improvement:

  •         Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and best practices in ISO management systems, auditing, and certification, incorporating new insights and innovations into training programs.

  •         Solicit feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and overall effectiveness.

Requirements:

  •          Proven expertise in ISO standards, quality management systems, auditing practices, and certification processes.

  •          Strong background in adult education, instructional design, or training delivery, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  •          Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants in learning activities.

  •          Experience developing and delivering ISO training programs in corporate, industrial, or organizational settings, preferably with a focus on certification preparation and implementation support.

  •         Proficiency in creating training materials using multimedia tools, e-learning platforms, and interactive technologies.

  •         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt training content and delivery to meet the needs of different audiences and learning environments.

  •         Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

  •         Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and deliver training sessions on-site or remotely as needed.

Education:

  •         Bachelor’s degree or higher in quality management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.

  •          Additional certifications or training in ISO standards, auditing, or training delivery is mandatory.

Location:

  •         Inspire Management Training Centre, with occasional travel for on-site training sessions as required.

Note: This is a freelance position with flexible hours and project-based assignments. Compensation will be based on experience and scope of work.
