Summary:
We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Freelance AI Trainer to develop and deliver training programs focused on artificial intelligence (AI) for the workplace. The Freelance AI Trainer will be responsible for creating engaging and effective training materials, delivering interactive training sessions, and providing ongoing support to participants. The Freelance AI Trainer will have a deep understanding of AI concepts, technologies, and applications, as well as experience in education and training delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
· Develop comprehensive training curriculum covering various aspects of artificial intelligence in the workplace, including basic concepts, applications, best practices, and ethical considerations.
· Create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and case studies, to support learning objectives.
Training Delivery:
· Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars on AI topics for diverse audiences, including employees, managers, and executives.
· Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs and learning styles of participants.
Knowledge Transfer:
· Effectively communicate complex AI concepts in a clear and understandable manner, fostering knowledge transfer and skill development among participants.
· Provide practical examples and real-world case studies to illustrate AI applications and their impact on the workplace.
Hands-On Learning:
Provide hands-on training opportunities, such as labs, simulations, and practical exercises, to allow participants to apply AI concepts and tools in real-world scenarios.
Assessment and Feedback:
Assess participant learning outcomes through quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
Monitor participant progress and adjust training content and delivery as needed to ensure learning objectives are met.
Continuous Improvement:
· Stay updated on the latest developments in AI technologies, trends, and best practices, incorporating new insights and innovations into training programs.
· Solicit feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and overall effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proven experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields, with expertise in AI concepts, algorithms, tools, and applications.
Strong background in adult education, instructional design, or training delivery, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants in learning activities.
Experience developing and delivering training programs in corporate or organizational settings, preferably related to AI, technology, or digital transformation.
Proficiency in creating training materials using multimedia tools, presentation software, and e-learning platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt training content and delivery to meet the diverse needs of participants.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and deliver training sessions on-site or remotely as needed.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
Additional certifications or training in adult education, instructional design, or AI training delivery is mandatory.
Location:
Inspire Management Training Centre and occasional travel for on-site training sessions as required.
Note: This is a freelance position with flexible hours and project-based assignments. Compensation will be based on experience and scope of work.
