HR Executive

Inspire Management Training Centre is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  •         Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  •         Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  •         Conduct orientation programs for new employees, ensuring they are aware of company policies, procedures, and benefits.

  •         Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.

  •         Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

  •         Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.

  •         Support training and development initiatives by identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.

  •         Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.

  •         Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

  •         Assist in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing and benefits enrollment.

  •          Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

  •         Stay updated with HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements.

 

Required Skills:

  •       Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

 

Education:

  •         Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  •         Professional certifications in HR are desirable.

 

 

Experience:

  •         Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a training or consultancy environment.

  •         Experience in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

 

Physical Requirements:

  •         This role involves regular office work and may require occasional participation in HR-related events or activities.
